DISCLAIMERS: Tox packages are valid only on Dysport and Xeomin. Packages of 40 and 60 units must be injected during a single appointment, and the 100-unit tox package is for banking only. A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to schedule, and appointments made for 10/23–10/25 cannot be rescheduled.
